Folklore Votive, Hare

Inspired by milagro ‘miracle’ votives, our collection of embossed metal decorations are crafted to bespoke illustrations inspired by Celtic folklore and nature. These decorative charms can be seen as a source of good luck and protection in the way that many cultures have used votive symbols in their homes and holy places over the centuries.
The hare, a sacred and mystical creature in folklore, is tied to the Celtic goddess of fertility, symbolising abundance, prosperity, and good fortune. Believed to be connected to the Otherworld, hares were seen as shapeshifters capable of taking human form in Celtic legend.
Hang your votives alone or in constellations, perhaps adorned with velvet ribbon or colourful thread, and let these small decorations bring their magic to your space.
