Inspired by milagro ‘miracle’ votives, our collection of embossed metal decorations are crafted to bespoke illustrations inspired by Celtic folklore and nature. These decorative charms can be seen as a source of good luck and protection in the way that many cultures have used votive symbols in their homes and holy places over the centuries.

In Celtic folklore, the stag is often associated with the deity Cernunnos, the god of the forest and wild things. Hunting a stag symbolised the pursuit of wisdom. The red deer, known in the Scottish Highlands, were referred to as ‘fairy cattle,’ as ancient peoples believed fairies milked them on mountaintops.

Hang your votives alone or in constellations, perhaps adorned with velvet ribbon or colourful thread, and let these small decorations bring their magic to your space.
