How do I become a stockist?
Visit our Become a Stockist page, answer the questions and send your answers by email to us at email@example.com. We receive a lot of requests so it can take up to 7 days to get back to you. We always check there aren't any existing Bohemia stockists nearby.
When will something be back in stock?
All our products are handmade in small batches, so popular items can go out of stock. The best way to keep up to date is to click the 'Email Me When Available' button on the product listing and you will be sent an email alert as soon as it's back in our warehouse.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, although this can be slightly longer at busier times. You will receive a notification when it's on its way.
What are your plans for maintaining trade after Brexit?
We have over 13 years experience shipping our goods internationally to our 1000+ stockists based all over the world. We have been registered as an international exporter of goods for many years and our team is knowledgeable in worldwide shipping procedures. The couriers we work with have assured us they are also prepared for any eventuality. After Brexit we expect to continue to provide the same excellent level of service to our customers based both within and outside of the EU.
If you still need help drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are currently working with a reduced team and are processing orders as quickly as we can, thank you for your patience.
Orders are currently being dispatched within 7 days.
We are still shipping to Europe as normal, however, EU customers may have to pay customs or VAT charges in the receiving country due to new Brexit regulations.
